DoubleEntry’s leadership team combines experience from global professional services firms, multinational corporations, and senior finance leadership roles. This blend allows us to approach client situations with both technical depth and operating realism.
Akhil Kapadiya is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience across statutory audit, accounting advisory, and financial reporting.
He brings deep technical expertise in IFRS and Ind AS and has advised large enterprises on complex accounting matters, reporting frameworks, and transition challenges.
Before co-founding DoubleEntry Solutions, he held leadership positions as Partner with PwC, KPMG, and Grant Thornton.
He is credited with establishing and scaling the Accounting Advisory practice of PwC in Hyderabad, creating a platform that continues to operate as an independent and sustainable practice vertical.
Over the course of his career, he has led statutory audits and advisory engagements for several prominent companies in India and advised leading organizations on Ind AS transition and complex financial reporting matters.
At DoubleEntry, Akhil leads strategic growth, advisory quality, and service development across client engagements.
Ram is a finance leader with over 21 years of experience spanning finance leadership, strategic planning, digitalization, automation, treasury, and business partnering.
His professional background combines operational finance depth with strong business execution capability developed across large multinational and Indian enterprises.
Before co-founding DoubleEntry Solutions, Ram held senior leadership roles with Tata Motors, Cummins, and Thyssenkrupp.
He also served as CFO of Godrej Creamline Dairy, where he led finance operations during an important growth phase.

Sakshi Sanwal is a finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of international experience across the US, Canada, UK, and India. She brings extensive expertise in US GAAP, SEC reporting, global controllership, technical accounting, and finance transformation.
Sakshi has held senior leadership roles in financial reporting and controllership functions in the United States and spent 13 years with KPMG across Canada, India, and the UK. During her career, she has worked with multinational organizations ranging from growth-stage businesses to large enterprises with revenues of up to USD 3.5 billion.
Her experience includes leading audits, managing complex consolidations, preparing SEC filings, implementing accounting standards such as ASC 606 and ASC 842, and driving finance process transformation initiatives. She has also led ERP implementation projects and helped organizations strengthen internal controls and streamline financial close processes.
