Designation: Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: CA/MBA/Semi-qualified CA/ICWA

Experience: 3-4 years hands-on experience in managing the accounts of corporates.

Role/ Purpose: This role will include financial planning and analysis, Book closure Activities, Ind AS based assignments. The role- holder will work within the Accounts and Finance function and will provide guidance to the team and would manage entire preparation of books and financial statements along with coordination with auditors.

Job Description:

Financial Planning and Analysis- MIS, Rolling Forecasts, Budgets/ AOP, Long Range Plans (LRP), Competitor Analysis, Division P&L and other Adhoc analysis

• Period Closure/ Book Closure Activities
• Business Partnering with cross functional teams
• Preparation of deck for various management review meetings and Board Meeting
• Preparation of Ind AS Compliant Financial Statements and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) Compliance
• Coordination with External Auditors for completion of Audit in time
• Coordination with Internal Auditors and other stakeholders for resolving open observations.

• Deep Analytical & troubleshoot skill and takes appropriate action.

Role/Purpose: This role will include day to day accounting, bank reconciliation and exception reporting. The role- holder will work within the Accounts and Finance function and will prepare books of accounts and financial statements along with audit coordination and statutory compliance.

• Monthly closure of books, MIS and Exception reporting
• Quarterly and yearly financial statements preparation
